Stay costs are usually charged per room. The planner rounds the room requirement up for odd-numbered groups and multiplies the selected room range by the number of nights.
Food
Meal budgets depend on dining preference, group size and trip length. Breakfast may be included with accommodation, while lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages are normally paid directly.
Attractions and local fees
Entry, parking, boating, guide, community and activity charges vary by the actual places in the itinerary. Per-person charges and per-vehicle or per-group charges should be calculated separately.
What we collect
The overall trip budget is a planning estimate, not one package price. Transport may be handled through us after confirmation. Hotels, food and locally payable attraction expenses remain separate unless a final quotation explicitly says otherwise.
